Barocco Wholesale Terms &Conditions

1. Claims & Discrepancies
   Customers have 7 days from the date of receiving the goods to report any damages, discrepancies, or issues. Claims made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Returns & Restocking Fee
   All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, applied after the returned goods are received and inspected by our team.
   Returned items must:

   • Be in their original packaging

   • Include all Barocco hang tags
     Returns will not be accepted if:

   • Hang tags are missing

   • Any additional price tags, barcodes, or stickers have been applied and not removed

   • Items show signs of being worn, altered, or repackaged
     All returns must be pre-approved. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization before shipping any items back.

3. Online Pricing Policy
   Retailers are not permitted to sell Barocco products on any online platform at more than 15% below the current retail price listed on Affordable Men's Fashion Clothing for Sale .
   Accounts found violating this policy may be suspended or terminated without notice.

4. Credit & Payment Responsibility
   For accounts working with factors or house credit, the retailer remains personally responsible for all balances and payment obligations, regardless of third-party arrangements.
