Claims & Discrepancies
Customers have 7 days from the date of receiving the goods to report any damages, discrepancies, or issues. Claims made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Returns & Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, applied after the returned goods are received and inspected by our team.
Returned items must:
Be in their original packaging
Include all Barocco hang tags
Returns will not be accepted if:
Hang tags are missing
Any additional price tags, barcodes, or stickers have been applied and not removed
Items show signs of being worn, altered, or repackaged
All returns must be pre-approved. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization before shipping any items back.
Online Pricing Policy
Retailers are not permitted to sell Barocco products on any online platform at more than 15% below the current retail price listed on

Accounts found violating this policy may be suspended or terminated without notice.
Credit & Payment Responsibility
For accounts working with factors or house credit, the retailer remains personally responsible for all balances and payment obligations, regardless of third-party arrangements.
By placing a wholesale order with Barocco, the retailer agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.
